Al Holmes sings with The BlackBerry Blues Band - April 18, 2009

Al Holmes sings with Stringbean and the Stalkers

Al Holmes (Vocals, Guitar): The Man with the Velvet Voice.
Al Holmes is an exciting performer with a wide vocal range. He can sing anything from James Brown to Eddie Kendricks. He has a smooth guitar style that he developed from playing with Willie for 30+ years.
Al offers himself generously to help other musicians.  One evening while Al stopped in to hear Stringbean and the Stalkers and after Al warmed the room with his velvet voice, Al said, he would like to be remembered as someone who helped other musicians learn and make it.  Great soul, great voice, and sometimes good jokes, but only sometimes..
